FAQs for campervan hire in Barcelona
How many persons can travel in your campervan?
Our campervan is ready to comfortably accommodate 4 person in travel (when driving) and 4 person during nights as well. Our model FIAT Ducato Benivan B120 premium includes two double beds. We also include everything you need to cook.
Where can I pick up the campervan?
We have several picking points in Barcelona. You can visit us at our offices in Pallejá, átlántida Street 20, office 8, (15 mins away from Barcelona airport). We can also deliver the camper to you at the airport of Barcelona, at your hotel or wherever is best for you. Just tell us and we will drive our van to the place you need.
How do I do the camper reservation and payment?
Just send us an email selecting the pick-up and delivery date and where you want to pick the motorhome. To confirm the reservation we need contact information and payment of 30% of the reservation. Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation mail and your reservation will be done.
The driver must be at least 23 years old and 5 year old driving experienceand must show the original internation driving license.
How far can I drive with the motorhome?
Our standard rental option includes a daily mileage of 200 km. You can also travel further for only 0,20€ per extra kilometer. You can travel with our van to any country of European Union.
What cancelation options do i have?
If you need to cancel the reservation of your motorhome, there are several time frames. It is very important that you notify us via email as soon as possible.
If you do it 30 days or more before the delivery date, we will refund you the full import. With a margin between 30 and 15 days, the returned import will be half of the total. And if it is less than 15 days, we are very sorry but we can’t offer any refund, since we will have already prepared everything for your trip.
Drop off conditions
Once we receive the camper, we will make a quick check to confirm there are no damages and everything is reasonably clean. Being everything OK, you will receive you guarantee fee in your bank account in maximum 72h.
Our standard working time is 9 am to 8 pm. If you need to pick up or deliver the camper at any other time, just tell us! We are here to help you, just send us an email, or text us by whatsapp.
